We have manufactured a 20L applicator based on the customer's request. We were able to finish it with a design that takes into account the installation site and usability.

This is a 20L tank applicator designed with maintenance in mind. It has been finished in a calm color scheme based on customer requests. The electrical control unit uses domestically available parts to ensure it can handle unexpected troubles, allowing customers to troubleshoot using the electrical circuit diagram. In manufacturing environments, minimizing downtime during issues is crucial, and we have received feedback from customers that they can use it with confidence.

Reactive hot melt applicator, a PUR melter that can accommodate a whole 30L hopper in a pail can type.

By reducing the number of PUR supply cycles and the opening and closing cycles of the feed lid, we can suppress the reaction of the adhesive. Additionally, the hopper is designed as a cylindrical shape with internal coating processing, making it easy to clean the inside of the hopper, and it is a specialized applicator for PUR that simplifies the adhesive flow path to the utmost limit. Depending on the specifications, it can also accommodate two pumps. The electrical control uses domestically available components, allowing for clear and rapid response even in the event of trouble.
